More leads won't fix a revenue problem that's really a systems problem. Answer 15 questions in about 3 minutes and see where your tracking, CRM, follow-up, reporting and automation are leaking, plus the first fix for each area.
Revenue Operations Assessment
15 quick questions across 5 areas of your revenue system. It takes about 3 minutes. You'll get a score for each area and a personalized report with the first fixes to make.
What the scorecard tests, and why
The scorecard covers five areas, with three questions in each. They're the five places I see revenue slip most often, and they're connected: a weakness in one usually shows up as a symptom in another.
Tracking & Attribution
This is whether you can tie a lead back to the ad, post or search that produced it.
CRM & Data
Your CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce or similar) is meant to be the single record of every lead and deal.
Speed-to-Lead & Follow Up
This is how quickly and consistently a new lead hears from you.
Reporting & Visability
This is whether you can see spend, leads, pipeline and revenue in one view, and whether you trust what you see.
Automation & Integration
This is whether your tools pass information to each other without someone copying it by hand.
What your level means
The scorecard covers five areas, with three questions in each. They're the five places I see revenue slip most often, and they're connected: a weakness in one usually shows up as a symptom in another.
Level 1: Leaking
Leads and revenue slip through gaps you can't see yet. This is common in businesses that grew faster than their systems did, and it's where foundational fixes matter most. Start with tracking and follow-up: if you can't see where leads come from or how fast they're handled, nothing built on top will be reliable.
Level 2: Patched.
The pieces exist, but people and spreadsheets hold them together. Things work because someone remembers to make them work. The risk is fragility: when that person is out, busy or gone, the process stops. The first priority is usually moving manual handoffs into the CRM and automation, so the process no longer depends on memory.
Level 3: Connected
Your systems talk to each other, but spend isn't yet tied to revenue. You can see leads and probably pipeline, but you can't confidently say which dollars produced closed deals. The work here is closing the loop: carrying each lead's original source all the way through to revenue, so your reports answer the question that matters.
Level 4: Engineered
You have a real revenue system that now needs tuning and scaling. The structure holds. The opportunity is in refinement: cleaner data, faster response times, and reporting that supports forecasting instead of only looking back.
