Meta can only optimize for what it can see. In this live workshop, you'll map your client journey, identify the events that reflect real revenue, and build Conversions API automations in Zapier that send those signals back to Meta. Work alongside me, you'll validate your setup, learn how to monitor it, and understand when to shift campaigns toward deeper funnel events. You'll leave with a working implementation and the confidence to maintain it as your business grows.

Business owners, marketers, and agency operators running Meta ads who want Meta to optimize for real business outcomes rather than surface-level actions like form fills. It's especially useful if your sales process continues after the lead, through calls, appointments, or a CRM pipeline.
No. Zapier is a no-code platform, and we build everything step by step. It helps to be comfortable navigating your CRM and Meta Business Manager, but you don't need to write code or have a developer on hand.
You'll need admin access to your Meta Business Manager and the ad account and pixel (dataset) you plan to use, a Zapier account, and access to the CRM or tool where your leads and sales are tracked. Setting these up in advance means you can spend the workshop building rather than troubleshooting permissions.
Most CAPI automations involve more than a simple two-step Zap, since data often needs to be filtered or formatted before it's sent to Meta. A paid Zapier plan is recommended so you can build the full setup.
If your CRM connects to Zapier, it will almost certainly work. Zapier integrates with thousands of apps, including most major CRMs, booking tools, and form platforms. If you're unsure, check Zapier's app directory for your tool.
The pixel only sees what happens in the browser, and browser tracking has become less reliable over time. It also can't see what happens after someone leaves your website, such as a qualified call or a closed deal. The Conversions API sends events directly from your systems, giving Meta a more complete and accurate view of what's working. The two are designed to work together, not as replacements for each other.
CAPI improves the quality and completeness of the data Meta receives. Better data gives the algorithm a better foundation for optimization, but results still depend on your offer, creative, targeting, and budget. What CAPI does reliably is make your reporting more accurate and make it possible to optimize toward the events that actually reflect revenue.
That depends on how often those events happen. Meta needs a consistent volume of conversion events to optimize effectively, so a business closing a handful of deals per month will approach this differently than one booking dozens of appointments a week. In the workshop, we'll look at your volume and help you choose the right event to optimize toward now, and when it may make sense to move deeper.
